Too Much Never Enough
Cookie Policy
What this site actually stores in your browser.
Last updated September 2026
The short version
Too Much Never Enough sets no cookies. The only things stored in your browser are two localStorage entries — one for Saved Events, one for the cookie preference you choose below — and, only if you switch it on, anonymous first-party analytics. Nothing here is sold, shared, or used to track you across other sites.
Cookies vs. local storage
A cookie is sent back to a server with every request and can be read across visits and, sometimes, across sites. Local storage stays on your device, in your browser, and is only ever read by the site that wrote it — it's never automatically transmitted anywhere. Too Much Never Enough uses only the second kind: standard browser local storage, never a cookie.
Necessary — always on
Saved Events (localStorage key tmne.favorites.v1): written only when you tap the heart icon on an event, so your Saved page remembers it. Stored indefinitely until you remove it or clear your browser's site data. Never sent to us.
Cookie preference (localStorage key tmne.consent.v1): remembers the choice you make below, so we don't ask again every visit. Stored until you clear your browser's site data.
These are required for the features they support and are not part of the optional toggle below.
Analytics — optional, off by default
When switched on, we record anonymous interaction events — an event card being viewed or clicked, a search, a save, or a Get Tickets click — to understand what's useful on the site. Each event carries an event ID, category and country where relevant, never a name, email or other personal identifier. This runs entirely in your browser session and is not currently sent to any third-party analytics service. It stays off until you choose to turn it on, and turning it off again stops it immediately with no loss of any site feature.
Affiliate tracking on outbound ticket links
Get Tickets buttons link to Ticketmaster or one of its ticketing partners, using the exact URL their Discovery API returns for that event. Some of those URLs include Ticketmaster's own affiliate tracking parameter, added by Ticketmaster, not by us. It only takes effect on Ticketmaster's domain after you click through — Too Much Never Enough does not set a cookie for this, and we never alter, add to, or remove that parameter. It is not part of the preference toggle below because there is no cookie of ours to switch off; if you'd rather not be tracked this way, you can avoid it in your own browser's privacy settings before clicking through.
Fonts, images and other resources
Site fonts are bundled with the site itself at build time, so loading a page never contacts a font provider. Event images are served directly from Ticketmaster's own image hosts as ordinary pictures — this is normal image loading, not a tracking cookie. A venue's "Open in maps" link opens Google Maps in a new tab; that page is Google's, governed by Google's own policies, not ours.
Hosting
Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard connection information (such as IP address) transiently to serve pages and keep the site secure and reliable. This is ordinary infrastructure operation, not a marketing or analytics cookie, and we do not use it to identify or track individual visitors.
Your choice
Open in the footer any time to see your current choice and change it. Saved Events keeps working exactly the same either way.
