About this event
From the moment childhood photos revealed a young Jeff Dunham with a ventriloquist dummy permanently perched on his lap, it was clear he was destined for an unconventional comedic path. What began at age nine with a toy dummy and a fascination for classic ventriloquists grew into one of the most successful comedy careers in modern history?complete with sold-out global tours, ratings-record specials, bestselling books, and even a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Dunham?s unique brand of comedy?delivered through his iconic cast of characters including Walter, Peanut, José Jalapeño on a Stick, Bubba J, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, and Url?has made him a worldwide phenomenon. He holds the Guinness World Record for ?Most Tickets Sold for a Stand-Up Comedy Tour,? with nearly two million tickets sold during his Spark of Insanity run, and his nine comedy specials have repeatedly broken viewership records. Jeff Dunham?s Very Special Christmas Special remains Comedy Central?s highest-rated pro
